Form Condos coming soon to Mccaul St just north of Queen St by tridel & Osmington Inc.


Form Condos is a new residential condominium development by Tridel and Osmington Inc. coming soon to McCaul Street just north of Queen Street in Toronto, Ontario.  It consists of a proposed 14 storey building with 184 dwelling units designed by architectsAlliance on the southern part of the site as well as a 3-storey private art gallery on the northern part of the site.

Form Condominiums will be developed by Tridel and Osmington Inc.  First of all, Tridel is an award-wining Toronto-based real estate developer that have been in business for over eighty years.  They are considered "Canada's largest builder of sustainable communities" and is one of the largest condominium developers in Toronto who have built over 80,000 homes thus far.  The founder of Tridel built his first home in 1934 and Tridel was formed by the 1950's and by 1961, his three sons were involved in the development of subdivisions and small apartment buildings.
